  2. How, if ever, do I get access to my mail?

I am really getting annoyed with AOL. Not one week has gone by without there being a problem. When AOL was America Online, and simply America Online, very rarely, if ever, was there a problem. But then America Online chose to update itself and become AOL, and afterwhich everything just has been going downhill faster than the speed of sound. Can you give me a single reason why I should not report AOL to the FCC and BBB?

    https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2145886722315141&id=1775416992695451

This video is about a tray that goes on your steering wheel. At one point the video suggests users "make the best of every red light". In new york state and most other state to utilize a laptop, read, or conduct any other form of business or other work behind the wheel even at a red light is an illegal act punishable by fines, tickets, violations, and possibly license suspension. It falls under the current laws for distracted driving.

  5. N/A

An ad exchange is a technology that facilitates automated, real-time auctions for online advertising. Publishers sell open ad spaces on websites to advertisers in real-time - it happens incredibly fast, just as a web page is loading. The matching of advertisements with ad spaces is similar to the "stock exchange" in the stock market, with buyers and sellers negotiating prices that fluctuate in real-time. Because the entire transaction is automated, it is an efficient process for publishers to sell their inventory without a huge sales team and for advertisers to buy ad spaces or impressions.
