After 30 minutes on the phone with your own help staff, they recommended I use "feedback" to find a solution to my problem.
I am a paying customer with AOL and Verizon. One of your moderators didn't like my comment even though it adhered to your guidelines. Instead of just deleting my comment the moderator deleted ALL of my comments from when you began using the current format more than 2 years ago and has blocked my comments from posting. It is unfair and abusive for your moderator to be allowed to do such a thing... especially since I have been a paying for my AOL account for more than 20 years. I posted earlier on this same topic as your help personnel…

The new format of spreading the first story over the number of new items is worse than the multiple page stories that followed....duh!

THE LAYOUT ON MY EMAIL IS FINE, ITS THE LAYOUT OF THE HOMEPAGE THAT ****. i will keep posting this same message until you change my format on my homepage, not my email page, the layout on my homepage back to what is was a week ago.
