After 30 minutes on the phone with your own help staff, they recommended I use "feedback" to find a solution to my problem.
I am a paying customer with AOL and Verizon. One of your moderators didn't like my comment even though it adhered to your guidelines. Instead of just deleting my comment the moderator deleted ALL of my comments from when you began using the current format more than 2 years ago and has blocked my comments from posting. It is unfair and abusive for your moderator to be allowed to do such a thing... especially since I have been a paying for my AOL account for more than 20 years. I posted earlier on this same topic as your help personnel recommended and your solution was to delete what I posted here on "feedback." Is that good business for AOL and Verizon? I don't think so. I would like a response from you about this issue because there should be some recourse for your customers who pay for their accounts.
