I was not with delaware

I am experiencing recurring issue about my contacts not popping up when I try to type in the contacts name when composing an email. Also sometimes it does appear but contacts do not add up when I clicked on them. Please fix asap.

This is AOL's response to hyperlink problem THAT THEY DEACTIVATED - Product Support responded · Oct 16, 2018
To send emails with hyperlinks, please go to compose, select the words that you want to sent as links, then click on the link symbol from the toolbar. A new window will appear and in the second field paste the URL.

Get rid of the AOL Shield...when I click the X it pops up anyway.
All the ads and entertainment garbage is similar to National Enquirer. Lets report the news and newsworthy people. Kardashians, Rosie McDonald and Kathy Griffin bring nothing to the web site. Keep your stories current....you are using filler that is years old.

FIX EMAIL AGAIN. Getting it to load is very slow. Looks like AOL is having trouble with email again. Band-Aid is starting to come off.

Restore the tool for checking status of sent email among AOL users
I am voicing my strenuous objection to your decision to eliminate, from your software, the function for checking the email status of sent mail among AOL users. I have been a paying customer of AOL for over 25 years and have found this tool vital to my email communications. There is no other method on the AOL GOLD Desktop or on the AOL apps to obtain this information. AOL does not offer “receipts”. There are many of us who have depended on this tool and are dismayed at this elimination without notice. Please restore asap.

Make sure every issue is fixed before claiming everything has been done
I have not been able to get emails since 10/16/18, and cannot login to my email. Every social media says the problems have been fixed, but numerous people and myself still have issues signing in. I cannot state that I have troubles logging in because it tells me I cannot fix this online. Then if I try to type in my password it says it’s wrong and will not allow me to change my password. Just tells me to try again later. I refuse to give a new password over the phone because I believe that is no way safe.…

what happened to block words in spam setting
where did block words go in spam settings? much easier to do than whole e addresses. as another poster pointed out, lately more **** spam eery time I sign on and now some make it harder to unsub, please fix. AOL seems to be getting worse and worse.

I beg an beg for aol to start my tier gauge again. It has been stuck at the same number for about a month, slots lounge I have played 1000's of games but it never advances. it is grey instead of a bright color. I play under Guestdsil0j8
