  1. Increase tech knowledge/level for Help Desk

    There ought to be a way for Tech Assistant on a call to refer a problem to a certified webmaster. We experienced a problem whereby the email auto-complete for an address would ONLY print BOTH the Contact Name and the Email address. This made it impossible to send certain group messages when I only wanted folks to see email addresses, not names. The telephone tech assistant did all she could AND received NO HELP from whoever the Level One person was.   2. Please provide a smtp.verizon.net address or substitute that is working April 7

    Please provide SMTP address that is working for verizon.net users. Agree with at least three others that the SMTP settings originally provided, is still on the website, and has been working, stopped working yesterday, Monday April 6, 2020, around 1pm.

  4. Do you ever think it would be possible to actually get to a website when searching instead of going page to page to page.

    Open up a particular website and you have 10 other site possibilities show up on the next page. Open one of those and your have more websites. Open one of those and you have more. You just never get to any usable website. You could easily spend an hour or more opening website after website that just yields more pages of websites.
    It is truly an exhausting experience trying to get anywhere.

  5. Favorites List

    My Favorites List is a Mess. It would nice if I could print it out to what I have. Also, on Favorites Search Bar, would be nice if the "results" showed where in the list the item is located.

  7. I have a complaint

    I called the help # to report a suspicious email threatening to block my aol. I chose option 5, was on hold with music for 3-4 minutes, the music stopped, I expected to talk to a person and after about 30 seconds of silence the call was automatically disconnected
