Your process for helping someone reset a password when the account holder passes away - your current process stinks.
My husband passed away May 2020. I did not have his password and the phone number on record was his old number. I talked to
a representative three times and they all told me they would mail me the necessary forms in 5-7 business days. Still waiting!!!!!!!! I can't even do anything on-line because they all want his old phone number!!!! My only option as this point is to cancel my account with AOL and start all over with another provider.....
