This new format is terrible. I was with IBM and I know that someone within the data processing software office is always trying to impress the boss with some new software they'd cooked up. Please switch back to the old format. This new one is a real bother.
Recipients are not able to open emails, among other things. Thank you

When I open my mail, a message is automatically highlighted. Even if I don't open the message, it is sent to old mail when I try to exit. The same thing happens with the next message in line. I have to keep clicking keep as new to restore it. Please post a general email as to how to stop that from happening. Thanks
