How can we improve AOL Help?

help me get my aol email address (& account) back

i've had my original (& most important, e.g. -- contact emails of everyone i volunteer and work with) since 1998! as of two days ago i cannot access nor get into my email. aol "help" (at the 800 phone numbers) cannot help me, nor does help.aol.com help me accomplish anything, either

    I can’t get to my mail. Says I need to update. I am up to date. Another iPad, same address works fine. Help??

    Donna Slawinski I use my account everyday it was closed for inactivity why I have important things in it
