I am very dissapointed in your service. I have been with AOL for many years and now that your shortcut isn't working I am told i need to pay
I am suddenly unable to use of tne of the aol features- I am getting an error message. something is broken on aol and I would like it fixed. I have been a long standing customer for many years and now when I need help you want me to pay for fixing your short cut.
that is wrong!
please have someone from tech support call me and get this feature fixed
