I don't use Twitter ( too many poor quality exchanges) or Facebook ( privacy issues), so if you wish to get the information you suggest you might like, in the below message, and in the related reply sent simultaneously, just provide a proper email address and case numbers etc. for the exchanges.
ie - the Old Ways do work. = Your innovations are valueless. And your long term policies of blocking contact and minimising support are now "reaping their reward"?

And let me add: the first time I tried to post this, the software wanted me to sign in - when I already was signed in. Suitable Example , yes? How can code run 2 different ways in a 5 minute period?
