Teach customer service skills.
Stop trying to "up sell $29.99" services to people on Social Security who have been customers for over 20 years. Your agents are far more interested in making you $$$, than helping the people around when you were the "top dog" of email. Shame on you

Not once did any agent help me with the actual problem. It was more about the money. Yes, they were very polite, but in order to help sync my aol mail to Outlook, they did not once even give me a clus as ro how to do it. Thank you AOL.
