for the past two days i have not been getting any emails on any devices. did all the trouble shooting. y do i need to pay for help?
I have not gotten my emails for two days on any devices. I can sign in and only have access to mail that came in 2+days ago. Went through all the trouble shooting doesnt seem to be a problem on my end. Was told by virtual chat to call. call wants to charge me money to help. why do i need to pay for something that is clearly an aol issue? I am an aol user for 20+ years this is enough to make me say i need to use other emails for my important mail.
