How can we improve AOL Help?

AOL Conversations switches me to the UK version when I click on replies. My profile is correctly set to English - United States.

I've tried to correct this using AOL Help's suggestions. When I called them, they hung up in the middle of the conversation.

    AOL sucks dude aside from them rejecting my non profanity and non hate speech post fact based opinions which they reject about 50% of the time. Now this **** has started happening. I click on a notification to reply to a reply to my post and it sends me to a UK comment section where my post doesn't even exist! I am in the US not the UK!

    All my profile setting are set correctly.

    I cannot use the Conversations function.
