YOU FOLKS change something & WE lose everthing & the only solution is pay for telephone support? WTF!

HAVING TO PAY FOR SUPPORT TO FIX SOMETHING YOU GUYS MESSED UP??? THERE ARE SEVERAL SIMILAR COMPLAINTS REGARDING LOST FILES...FIX THIS...WITHOUT CHARGING US!!!
