You have no problem accepting my hard earned dollars AThat I am sho I am but day after day and week and month after month No on can verify who I am so they wont help me. I have paid since Oct and still do not have 1/2 of the programs I pay for and no help. What kind of a business is this, Your techs sayd they understand my frustration but cant help. I have dont the drivers license verifuiaction 11 times and that isn't good enough. I want my money and id like my time back. I am contacting the Better Business bureau
