I attempted, with little to no success, to describe the problem to your agent. In the past 2+ months I have received awards of 70 spam/phishing emails relating to cloud storage, each sent from a different email address. The following is a partial listing the the email addresses used:

Additionally, the "Help" guidance provided to "Stop spam and junk mail in the AOL Mail app" is useless. Its guidance is as follows: "1. Tap on email to open it; 2. Tap the More icon; and 3. Tap Mark as spam." On my MAC and iPhone, there is no "More icon." Revise your guidance to make it applicable, AND EFFECTIVE.
