Been with AOL for many, many years.
I've been chosen to sit in timeout for my comments in the comment section. This happened a couple of weeks ago and I'm still in timeout. How much more time will I be in the penalty box?

Offer benefits that people actually would need and use
Do away with the $500. extended warranty for computers as that's useless and it's not free, it's out sourced and they want a $75. fee up front just to look at the computer and don't guarantee anything.
How about fixing the McAfee security suite so it can be downloaded unto other computers we own instead of the link sending us to buy a security program. WE need a SECURITY program that can be downloaded. Paid AOL members should get a lower rate during this time of the covid 19 , we are using our computers more than ever.

My Portfolios under the old AOL format was far superior to your "dump off" to the Yahoo site; Stop touting new aol "benefits" and fix it.
You are always touting new aol membership "benefits"; but what you need to do is restore an old one. The old aol "my portfolios" was far superior in every way to the one you have dumped us off to, i.e. the Yahoo site. Until you fix this, your "new" benefits are not interesting.

Stop reading my mail and making the decision of what I see or can't see. I'm 79 yrs old and have used aol for many yrs and now I can't open.
Like I've said I can't open many of my e-mails w/o going thru many moves to read them. I didn't want this what you call it, so please stop reading my e-mails and determining what I see, read. I'm a 79 yr old male and you're treating me like I'm a student or underage kid.

Have an actual free extended computer protection plan
I thought the extended computer warranty was a free benefit for paid AOL members which I have been for at least 15 yrs. and when I went to try to file a claim because my computer died, it's not free at all. They wanted me to send the already deemed un-repairable computer to them NO problem expect they wanted me to pay $75.00 for them to try to repair it and it's not repairable and once they find that out I would only be given what they say it's worth not what a replacement would be and may not even…
