Poor communication
WHY is it that ALWAYS when I get message about available benefits, Example: say's I'm using 52% of my benefits, THEN ALWAYS WHEN I OPEN ONE TO ADD, comes up BENIFITS FULL or something like that, reading other comments I understand and agree with most, I have been a AOL customer for over 20 years, sadly----------

I do not like getting an email from supposedly AOL, but these days you never know, then when you go into AOL rather than use the links in that email you cannot find what is mentioned in the email like Your Benefits.
