hire better customer help, current techs don't understand English, don't understand a deceased person can not pay a bill or respond to text
my husband passed away 5 yrs ago, his account was supposed to be closed, yet when I gave info on a new bank card, it seems there was a problem with them charging it, they sent requests to my late husbands name. I am upset, 4 months past due, I was not contacted that there was a problem, and I have no idea why as my account was closed, so i opened under the special only to find all my account info was correct and there is a past due bill for 4 months... if you hire techs who understand english I might have been able to resolve the problem but instead I get in a room where the tech acted like she didn't hear me and the room was roaring in the background... so childish and this is who you hire... I have been aol user for over 25 years... and never had such fools helping me. i need to stop the $30. charge and stay with the $6. one.. especially if this is the type of help available when there is a problem.
