Make the System Mechanic a benefit of any "plan" for AOL members who have been with the company for at least 20 years OR members who are over 70 years of age. Many have computers that really need the System Mechanic service but who are retired and on fixed incomes, don't understand computers and who are looking to just cancel their AOL service altogether and put their old laptops in the closet and forget about it. By the time you get to 75, all of this stuff is way to complicated to even try and stay on top of. My computer is so messed up that it takes hours just to get it up and running; something like "system mechanic" might keep me up and running. Don't have any interest in a new computer, can't afford it. Would need to be "automatic" i.e. push one button once a week and it would keep my old laptop working. I can't even get all of my current benefits working as it is all just too complicated. See, even now I get a message that "Sign in required to continue" what the ****, as far as I know I AM signed in.
