Old Mail Gone
Where are the important items I had in Old Mail? The category and the items are no where to be found. I had saved important things there. I liked the old system just fine. I do not like the new system. It is much more complicated. I want the items back that I had put in Old Mail!!!!!!

Fingerprints/ facial recognition 👎
This fingerprint/ facial recognition is a security problem. Identical twins have the same fingerprints and facial features. You also can't tell if it really is my face or fingerprint. Pretend I have a sibling that uses my things without asking. There's very little preventing the sibling from using their prints or face, especially if I keep myself logged in. There's no option to stop being asked. I really don't like being asked constantly.

Where are my 2021 emails?! I only see 2020. I haven’t changed my settings.
On my iPhone 6s, my new 2021 emails do not show up in my “inbox”. I haven’t changed my settings. There is a 2020 box & that’s it.

Revert the email selection update
Since the mobile version of the site updated it has been trash to use. I cant delete multiple emails at a time anymore. I can only delete one at a time. I can select all the emails at once but not delete them! Its like you are trying to push the last 5 users you have away.

Lose the advertising in the middle of the email inbox
Lose the advertising in the middle of the inbox emails. Either put it at the top or the bottom. You should also give the option to go back to the old format if the customer would like to. This new format is not very user friendly. I find myself deleting emails by accident that I don’t mean to.

Why cant we choose to use the old format of email?? This new one to look like Yahoo is HORRENDOUS

Go back to the old format and stop inserting ads in the middle of my emails. I don't like my old mail mixed in with new mail.

The new delete, reply... bar is t working properly. Half the time that I click on mail without opening to trash it only to find out that it.

Please at least give us the option to not group our email, I know when yesterday was.
Get rid of the groupings or let us opt out of grouping. I know when yesterday was, it has a date on it. Ads are incredibly annoying.
