I hate the new format! How can I access my old mail?
I need to be able to access old mail. How do I do it?

Please at least give us the option to not group our email, I know when yesterday was.
Get rid of the groupings or let us opt out of grouping. I know when yesterday was, it has a date on it. Ads are incredibly annoying.

Give me back the ability to select options for my mailbox.
When I tried to increase the font size of my mail, you eliminated the format of my mailbox. I cannot recover it. You have offered me something called “gold” for $5 a month where I can maybe select the options I want ( maybe not). I’ve had this address since 1993. But you’ve moved away from me.

New / Old Inbox Style Tab in Settings
Went to settings saw the Tab listed which clearly indicates New / Old Inbox Style . Moved tab and Old Inbox( email ) is still not showing. Please activate this button so we may make the choice to have old email since this is what we are paying for in our monthly bill.

Auto email open next mail after message deleted. Horrible idea
I do not want the next mail to auto open after a mail was deleted. Go back to previous format. The whole format is antiquated. This is 2022.

Setting to not open next message
Why is there no setting to AVOID opening the next message when one is deleted or moved? This can open messages that should NOT be opened.

Want to change my my old phone number to my new number. Nowhere to do so. Help!

Cancel my aol mail. I have not used this in more then 2 years. It is bad. Get my aol closed

Block all emails except those we list
Ability to create a list of senders that will not be blocked.
There would be a setting that blocks all others. -

I want to change my password but your stupid site gives me nothing to click on to get that done.

Old Mail Gone
Where are the important items I had in Old Mail? The category and the items are no where to be found. I had saved important things there. I liked the old system just fine. I do not like the new system. It is much more complicated. I want the items back that I had put in Old Mail!!!!!!

How to change Sync frequency
Let me change my sync frequency. It used to be there, now it's not...BUT IT STILL SYNCS EVERY 5 GAHDAMN MINUTES.
