There is no refresh feature in this new format
There is no refreshing feature in new format for checking any new mail, navigate in new format is difficult than old one, why pasting ads to the paid users?

Can i get the old mail viewer back?
New view is less functional. Also ads appear in the middle of my email list.

Why do you make it so difficult to find where to change my password? I look under privacy no and no setting for security ???

Hate the new style format especially the ads. Read emails immediately annoyingly drop into old mail and the 'mark as unread' does'nt work.
Go back to old format for now and rethink the new format in light of all the criticism from customers .

New e-mail, once read, goes into old mail.
If I want new mail to go into old mail, I will put it there. Do NOT want program to automatically do it. If I want it deleted or saved or left in new mail, have to go extra step of going into old mail. Go back to old program.

Why are my new emails going to the trash instead of the New emails??
My new emails are going to my trash folder and it's very inconvenient and unnecessary. Please fix it and go back to former format!! Thank you.

I am having a lot of difficulty seeing new mail old mail mail unread but didn’t get to answer yet then it is gone !!!
I can’t stand new Aol format.. needs to be revised. and make more user friendly. This is making me rethink using Gmail Heard Gmail better and more user friendly. I am having difficulty locating my emails from 3 days ago and further on my phone without having to go to Aol app!!!
