Drafts can’t be opened/edited on the AOL Mail app.
Emails that are written and saved as drafts on the AOL app cannot be opened and edited at a later time, even minutes later. The email refuses to respond to being tapped to open, and the only option is to swipe the email to delete it. Please fix this - this has been a problem for over a year!

New email —> Drafts —> Doesn’t always send
Email chains also reach a point where, upon being sent, they sit in the Drafts folder. It is only upon opening the Drafts folder, then opening the Sent folder, then opening the Drafts folder again that the email finally gets sent and can be seen in the Sent folder. This is more common with an email chain over ten emails long, but can happen at any time. Please address this!

I am having a lot of difficulty seeing new mail old mail mail unread but didn’t get to answer yet then it is gone !!!
I can’t stand new Aol format.. needs to be revised. and make more user friendly. This is making me rethink using Gmail Heard Gmail better and more user friendly. I am having difficulty locating my emails from 3 days ago and further on my phone without having to go to Aol app!!!

You can improve it by going back to the old mail. This new mail is almost impossible to navigate
Again I wrote you a letter on why we are disappointed in your new set up.i would think it plain enough. I have expressed my disappoint in it along with the over whelming disappointed of many others. Aol now stinks high heaven.
Aol now stinks high heaven. My password only works on one of my two phones. Sometimes i get notified of new mail, other times it never arrives. I hate the ads ****, they are very annoying & don't go away after deletion is hit. Why does my same account password won't work on both phones like it use to, for the same account? How do i get in touch with customer service? Im writing a book & need access to my email on both phones at different times. This beyond frustrating. Help please. Send me a email at least explaining…

keep having to rewrite my email signature every time I update the AOL app. It’s time wasted!
Why do we have to do that? Every time I update, I have to start all over with my signature. Wasted time.

As the same company, Add all the features from yahoo. And improve the user interface face as soon as possible. It will be very helpful. I using yahoo mail and aol mail. But most of the features from aol is Missing. It will be better if you add all of the yahoo mail features on aol mail.

I think that adding a way to attach photos and links to a signature would be awesome!
