Again, I agree with the legions of frustrated AOL longtime users for all the reasons they’ve listed re: this latest horrible version. Additionally, in setting you can’t set an automatic email to yourself so you know the email “sent”. And I go to ‘sent’ mail it it’s not there either. And when you copy then paste it into an email, you don’t see it as you could in the previous version so you know you pasted the correct “copied’ item. Only a paper clip icon shows (that is not helpful , I don’t know the attachment is what I truly…

You guys are not listening to anyone’s comments. So why ask? The new format is horrible, no commands even show up most of the time
The commands don’t even work most of the time, and hate the Gmail format. We chose aol because we liked your unique format. Please let us know how to switch back if we can

Eliminate extra popups
Please eliminate all the pop-up screens when logging in and out. They appear every time I try to log in. EVERY TIME I log in, I'm asked if I want to use fingerprint security. I don't. But I still have to click it. Over and over. Every single time. Then... another pop-up appears, asking if I want to download the AOL app. I don't, and never will. If I wanted to, I'd have downloaded it by now. But I still have to click it. Every single time. Over and over. Here's a suggestion: how about adding a "don't ask me…

Allow us to check more than one item and get rid of ads
I liked being able to check one box and have the option of checking them all at once. I could not find that option in settings.bring it back and get rid of adds, please

Ads for a paying subscriber?!?! Wrong on so many levels.
I've been a paying subscriber since the 90's. Now I have to deal with ads when most emails services are free. It's just not right.
