  1. Stop breaking things that were working!

    Since the latest update, our business signature at the end of an email is all screwed up in terms of text size, color, itatlics and I can't get it to edit or change back. STOP breaking things that were working fine! Now you've totally screwed up our return emails...I've stayed with you over the years but if this isn't fixed, I'm going to have to go to Gmail! FIX THIS!!!

    SOME ONE HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND SIGNED ME UP FOR THE APP WHICHISSUED A VERIFICATION GOT I NEVER RECEIVED. NOW i AMLOCKED OUT OF MY OWN ACCOUNT. i HAVE SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE , COPIED MY DRIVR'S LICENSE, AND HAVE NO OPTIONS. i AM SHUT OUT OF MY OWN ACCOUNT wmrodney@aol.com Give yourself zero stars

  3. PC works fine but cannot send email from aol via smartphone

    cannot SEND email from my smartphone can only read it. Why?
