Your newest app update stupidly REQUIRES only ios 17. My ipad is a little older and doesn’t support ios 17, currently running on ios 16.7.16.
Why would you even think to create an update that is not backward compatible with older hardware. Has your marketing department ever considered that many AOL users have been with you for about 30 years? And being older, we do not necessarily have the newest hardware?
ARE YOU TRYING TO LOSE USERS? cuz you’re doing a great job at it.
