Get rid of your unneeded two-step security system. This is an e-mail site, not a nuclear weapons site.
Studies have shown that two-step security process is of use only for people who keep hand-written passwords near their computer or keep them them in a readily found file, such as "Passwords" on their desktops. Adequate security is a long password that is easily remembered. I have lots of money in an investment company, and it requires only a password. Its customer accounts haven‘ been cracked.

Only quoting left sources confirms your unacceptable bias
Your homepage "news" is unacceptable to only 1/2 of Americans. Why is Fox News so popular and CNN in serious trouble? Maybe that's why AOL is no longer a popular website.

Auto Site Contact
When I see a site and click on it for basic information, I get a popup with choices I can make including talking to someone. Please stop this practice as it is intrusive. Just because someone looks at a site does not mean you need to have the site(s) send emails to us thus clogging our inbox and causing us to have to email every one that we are not interested. No one looked at the whole picture.

Clean up the censorship
what is wrong with And these 6 and 7 year old incidents relate to the current, you should pardon the expression, chaos exactly how? Are you able to read and comprehend what is actually written in these comments or does your obsessive compulsive disorder, also known as TDS, prevent you from doing so. Your boy Joey promised normalcy so is this what he promised?

AOL NOW does NOT allow people to return to "Classic Email" interface. Can't find my Calendar which tracks important events.
Previously - YESTERDAY - there was an option to return to "Classic AOL". No more.

Guess "They" are being led around/Managed by the Algorithmics who make all these changes for its - AI - own personal satisfaction.
There used to be a Left column, a type of TOC. In included Email status -…

AOL POLITICAL NEWS IS "FAKE NEWS"!!
It is sad that all of the AOL political news is negative or "Fake" news about the Republican party or specifically President Donald Trump. It is absolutely clear that the AOL news staff has a major bias against conservative Republicans and suppress all the positive events and actions that take place that Republicans are responsible for..
