    Yesterday you removed the “old mail “ box and merged old mail with the inbox by date. VERY CONFUSING. Please return to w”old mail “ box. This was a very poor upgrade if that is how it was intended.

  2. E-mails disappear before USER says 'delete'. Screen is difficult to navigate. Original AOL worked a lot better

    The screen that shows e-mails is difficult to use. Also, the fact that e-mails immediately disappear once you have opened them is frustrating. The original AOL format was easy to use and clear and depended on USER's wishes, not computer's.

  3. Organizational History

    Bending Spoons received the assets of AOL and Compuserve in January 2026. The problem when you take over something like that is having access to organizational history. There are several people who go back to the early days of these services.

    I am one of those people. I have been using Compuserve since the 1980s. I have been using AOL and AIM (when it existed) since the 1990s. I have computer education and experience.     Lindsay Lohan's mini-suit may have a "Chanel" label, but it is not "vintage" if it's only from 1995! It's not even Chanel but kitsch Lagerfeld, if that. .Vintage Chanel is maybe from the 1970s.when there were still a few people at Chanel who had known and learned from her.

As I've said before this 'NEW' system is difficult to navigate, hard to read, erases messages witth no prompting, doesn't automatically save and is disruptive to continuity.   14. Pay more attention who is on AOL

    For heaven's sake, stop allowing so many spam mails offering Ukranian or Russian women, and those advertising male enhancement and supposed women offering erotic sex. I am a 74 year old woman who does NOT want to have to clear out 50 to 100 (or more) of these emails in my spam folder every day. Sometimes I get a legitimate email from a business associate not in my contacts, so I have to sift through these every day. It is DISGUSTING!!!!

    The purpose of hyphenation is to increase clarity. The hyphen between critically and acclaimed is completely unnecessary, as there is no possible confusion that could result by leaving it out. Inserting a hyphen where it’s not needed is like adding an exclamation mark when there’s no interjection or exclamation. It’s not an oversight, it’s an error.

  16. Do not download System Mechanic. It is MALWARE

    Earlier in March I downloaded the free trial System Mechanic. Almost immediately after running a "deep clean" I started experiencing strange behavior. In particular I'd have to hit the refresh button 2-3 times to get a program such as a bank login page to completely populate. Ultimately my system froze, ctrl-alt-del was unresponsive. The only recourse was to reboot. But that hardly helped. My computer would freeze within 2-3 minutes of the reboot. Ultimately I had to have the disk wiped and my OS reinstalled. That cost me plenty both in terms of time and money!
