Tech support at AOL have no idea what they are doing. They could not even resolve an AOL bug issue
Tech Support people cannot even resolve an AOL bug issue. I am literally paying for a service on AOL that I cannot use. AOL SUCKS

what a great tech support employee. she was a ble to help me resolve my problem with e-mail opening some 3000 backup e mails. days of being unable to view e mail. thank you tech support for your steasdfast patience with a aol user who was a bit undrer the weather and sometimes unable to properly respond to offer assdistance to the tech support assistant.to solve omputer issue. lucky to aol ;company for such a bright and patient supporter.. for elaine cloud aol customer for many years.
