Your customer service is very very bad. Was hung up on twice b4 Kelvin at kept me on the phone without hanging up on me. Cancelled my AOL Complete plan. Not doing anything for me except making money for AOL. Sorry for this but that's the way it is. None of your reps could even pull up my account information. Let alone they were able to verify initial questions as something when I first got on the phone with them. Makes no sense if they are unable to pull my account information. What's the use.
