Return to what or how it was before you "IMPROVED" it, this has me looking for a entirely new provider
Quit improving a system that marginly worked previously, now it is truly incapable of allowing me access to my information! I now must search for a new internet access, simply as the "New Improved" system sucks! I have used AOL for some 20 plus or minus years, and it has steadily become more useless! BTW, what terms of service?

When I got my phone it showed that I was on the phone for 712 minutes talk to Tech Support for 712 minutes trying to get my e-mail serve back and each trying this and that which didn't fix the problem tells aol needs some new management because support service is poor service at best.
