I can't use my aol browser as things I try to access say safe protections are on, but they weren't on yesterday nor for the past 20 plus years of my using aol, I spend one hour and 10 minutes on the phone with a rep and they remoted in and he had his supervisor also on the remote and they couldn't fix it and told me to use aol for e mail and a different browser for web searching, I wanted to search using aol given the protections I have there...they said they don't know of this being a larger problem than mine, but I need to wait for the next update for them to address this glitch..huh? how do you turn on the protective feature for teens and let me use this the way I have for 20 plus years...quite furstrating for him to end out conversation not taking care of this, not submitting anything or giving me a higher person to help but telling me to go and write something on this site when I already spent over an hour explaining and clarifying the issues with them...isn't this your job? I am interested in my problem, not overly concerned with your next company update and what is needed...I have been with you for over 20 years, I would think I would get a focus and fix not a fill our a form and possibly after several months with an update this might be fixed...wouldn't you change companyies? I hate to do that as have been very happy with you but not happy now.
