  1. Bring back the badge that shows the number of new emails on the app icon

    Please bring back the badge on the icon that shows the number of new emails. I’ve made the changes in settings to show that but yet it is not visible on my homepage. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have rebooted my iPhone and I still don’t see the badge

  2. Your new mail system puts me at risk. I can’t delete an email unless I open it which means if it’s a hack the sender has the ability to hack

    Give me back the ability to delete without opening the email or move it to spam

  3. TUTORIAL-

    WHERE IS THE TUTORIAL FOR THE NEW VERSION?

    HAD TO CALL TECH SUPPORT FOR PROCEDURE TO SIMULTANEOUSLY DELETE ALL TRASH AND SPAM MESSAGES TOOK ONE HOUR BECAUSE TECH WAS NOT TRAINED TO ADVISE FOR NEW VERSION. HELP SITE FOR PREVIOUS VERSION ONLY.

  4. Make it easier to do things. Very hard to figure out how to add an email folder.

    Very user UNfriendly email app.
    Difficult to figure out how to add an email folder, for example. Not at all intuitive, as many other apps are.

    To create a new email folder you can either:
    - Tap on the name of the current folder in the bottom left hand side
    - Scroll to the bottom and tap Create new folder

    or
    - Open a message
    - Tap move in the bottom middle
    - Scroll to the bottom and tap Create new folder
