Stop the **** and explicit emails and have the blocking and filter’s actually work!
Very frustrating that I’m getting very explicit emails from **** sites that are targeting men when I’m a woman! Not sure how or why this has been happening but it’s getting old. I’ve tried blocking, special filters and now since it’s infiltrating into my inbox I send to spam and NOTHING is working. I’ve had this email since the first day AOL hit the internet with dial up I’m not going to start paying now especially since you already make money off of me for using it. Sick to death of vile unwanted unsolicited spam messages from dating agencies and the sex industry, filling my aolspambox daily. Yes, I know exactly how to delete en bloc, but I am still subjected to foul and obscene headers.

I missed an invitation to a public interview because AOL Mail automatically filtered an important email into the spam folder.
I recently discovered an important email from sleeping@vrchat.com about a public interview, but it was sitting in my spam folder due to an automatic filter by AOL Mail, and I missed the deadline. Given the circumstances, how do you plan to handle this? I am quite concerned as I was expecting the $30 compensation for this interview.

The ability to send larger files
Only allowed 25mb videos in this day and age is insane.I cannot even send a video to tech support on the issue Im having with another app. This is something that need to change, otherwise there is no choice but to use other email apps

Allow folders created with emails to be sent out in files and also allow for multiple email chains to be sent out at the same time rather than individually which is way too time consuming and forces someone like me to rather use a different email or different app while considering leaving my longtime aol email, which is my favorite but has way too many limitations for what I need to use it for.

06/26/2024: The app for mobile mail default and the ads are not working correctly AGAIN! I’ve checked all the settings and they are set up perfectly. Fix the problem once and for all PLEASE! So tired of seeing the news default and the ads. I’ve done my part… now it’s your turn. So frustrating.

Change it back to open with mail - not news!
I open the app to check mail, not news. This new update defaults to news and I have to redirect to mail. Allow us to select our own default

Folder sorting
I would love to be able to sort folders by sender, especially the trash. Whenever I use the search option, though I know the sender exists, it comes up with no results. Sorting by sender would make finding that one email faster and easier.
