Why Are Old Mail & New Mail Mixed Up?
This is terrrible - where is the Old Mail file? All New Mail is mixed up with Old Mail. I have emails from a year or two ago that need attention from time to time. I keep them in New Mail so I have them all in one place. So everything goes in Old Mail when finished. Now that we don't have that, where do emails go when we're finished with them but want to be able to find them. Do we delete them - but are they accessible??? It's really bad not to know how to access old emails.…

new format
New format is very inefficient, I can't scroll down my inbox, have to navigate to page link to move down. Almost every other action mow takes multiple tasks to complete single action, or moving to far corner of screen to click on action. I want old format option, without it I will probably migrate completely to Outlook or gmail service. Don't mess with things without getting a test from your customers. You have 7 business days too revert or give me format option. The clock has started!!

emails in a chain should (MUST!) be shown in a chain so that the thread cane easily followed.
Put emails that are in a chain in a useable chain as before.

I hate the changes that occurred to AOL mail today, e.g., where is the option to link a URL within an outgoing message?
Today's changes are, in my opinion NOT an improvement.

Leadership you do not need to keep up with Google mail or Yahoo! Regardless what your Columbia marketing graduates have shared. Its all theory not application. They don't know enough experience. Just an expense credential.

I pay for my AOL subscription, why do I have to have ads while looking at my email? This is very disruptive and makes no sense.
I pay for my AOL subscription, why do I have to have ads while looking at my email? This is very disruptive and makes no sense. I can use gmail with no ads or just use an email download program instead of going to the AOL site and be free of all ads.

WHEN YOU BRING UP A SEARCH WORD TO PUT ALL YOU PARTICULAR EMAILS INTO A FOLDER YOU CAN'T TELL IF THEY'RE IN A FOLDER OR NOT
Here's a "Hot Idea" for ya, CHANGE BACK! The whole purpose of progressing is to improve. This is a step back. It looks like its been designed by a grade schooler. This is what you should have been coming out of and going into the old set up. But you have got us going from what was working just fine and revamping it and going into this sub-par grade school looking set up. Whoever you paid for this "improvement" needs to be fired, and whatever you paid for this job returned.

Restore all previous email correspondences so I can conduct my business
I need to have my pervious email messages restored to conduct my business. At times this requires several years of sent & reply messages. I need to have all this restored as well as the previous functionality of the Old Version which worked extremely well. Obviously the persons that designed this have never been involved in business.

Why doesn't the new interface allow us to marquee a whole lot of attachments and drag them into a box above the text, as before? This new interface is incredibly slow and clunky to use. Nor can I easily read the sans serif font, which it seems impossible to change. Give us back the old interface please!

How do I get back to basic settings. I can't figure out your new set up. I like to highlight some of my statements, etc. I like to make bold words and other important things.I like the background for birthdays, holidays, etc. That is lost now too. I'm 76 years old and like the other basic settings. Please put me back to where i was comfortable.
