    We thought AOL was family friendly. Stop the SEX ads and spam. Stop the sex ad solicitation. My family thinks members are looking for sex and wife is furious. We may have to cancel account.

  2. I'll give you feedback but it appears to be a waste of time as you take no notice whatsoever.

    It's not my idea, it's most peoples idea. Change AOL back to the way it was. This 'new' AOL is REDICULOUSLY slow and it's not my connection or my PC, IT'S AOL and I HATE IT.

  5. ADS Showing Up Now In Between our Email Messages and Spam is still a Problem

    Spam still sucks, also now AOI is forcing us to see their paid Ads in between our Emal messages and they keep coming back!!!! This just started on 11/2/23. Aol Customers be Careful.

    STOP forcing stuff down our throat, I Hate AOL unfortunately Im stuck with after Verizon forced us to use.

    AOL is the most non user friendly email program in the world!!!

    Get new Programers Techs who Can Do The Job Right.

    Yahoo is nothing like AOL I never got spam!!! How come they can do that and your Company AOL Can't?

  10. Format/Platform

    Items 1, 2 and 3, I totally agree with. I don't like the new format. The old 'classic' was ad free mostly. Now we always have a 'ad' as the top line of the e-mail. Under Actions, 15 characters is not enough to see folder names. Bring back the old format/platform.

  11. IS THE ABILITY TO MAKE A COMMENT TIED TO WHETHER OR NOT YOU PAY FOR AOL?

    I DONT APPRECIATE THAT I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO MAKE COMMENTS ... IT STARTED QUITE A WHILE BACK AND I HAVE ASKED FOR AN ANSWER OR SOLUTION, AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ONE!!! IT WONT LET ME SIGN IN OR SIGN UP....DO I NOW HAVE TO PAY AOL TO GIVE MY OPNINIO? I WILL GIVE THIS OPINION FOR FREE. AOL KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND IS A WASTE OF TIME TO USE.

  16. AOL managed to ruin the only good thing they had going for them.

    Key features are missing, and other's are scattered about senselessly.
    Why tempt us with "old version" which is not the old version? Did you think we wouldn't notice? I've endured all of your annoying advertising for all these years.

    I'm looking for alternatives after 30-ish years with AOL. What a bummer, and a major pain **********. And for what, exactly? Why?
    I hope they see all the negative feedback and truly offer the original version back, but I'm not holding my breath.
