  2. I do not like this new design and did not ask to change to it. 22 years of AOL- don't want this design

    New design is not good. Want my original AOL back ! Can't compose a group text, can't enlarge text. It is awful !

  3. Please go back to the old format view of AOL's e-mail home page.

    The new AOL format for composing an e-Mail does not have the features such as: Font Type, Font size, Bold lettering, Indenting,etc.

    Please go back to the old formal view of AOL's e-Mail home page.

  4. Old format for e-mail

    Give us back the old format. The New format FAILS to allow us to delete groups, we need to click on each individual one. NEXT why doesn't the setting remain if we go to secondary mailboxes, it returns with old mail we do not want to see.

    Back to the old and why ***** around with the e-mail system.
    I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE !!!!

  5. Return to the Old Format !

    So......its now several months since ALL our requests to "go back to the old format"have not been addressed !
    I know I speak for ALL who feel the same way,that is to give us a chance to return to the old format.
    IF your techs thought this new version would be some kind of improvement,well they were VERY wrong.
