    I hate the new AOL email!!! Give me the old email it was much better and had more options.

    This new format is terrible!!!! I have stuck with AOL all these years because I like the format. Please bring the classic version back.

    This version sucks and is ******* me off. I selected to return back to the old format and it pretended it did but it did not. I have no way of changing the font and I can't delete the old information from an email I am replying to. GET PROGRAMMERS THAT KNOW WTF THEY'RE DOING!!!! WHO IS TESTING THIS ****????? YOU NEED BETTER QA PEOPLE!

    I do not like it when they change format without letting me choose. This morning I had Basic and now I have something that isn't even worth looking at. Where is the open to go back to Basic? I am old and it's hard to see small print.

    when opening email we should have option for separate window, then if we delete or click spam or click next it should go to next message automatically. At the moment i open mail, i click delete, then i have to go click on next message with 100 messages it takes too long.

    Longtime paying customer here--CHANGE IT BACK TO CLASSIC! Otherwise, this paying customer will no longer be giving you money every month.

    The new version SUCKS! YOU had no right changing it without consent! You now have limited scrolling but the absolute worst is BCC when you click on it you lose the entire email - not to mention when reading email you have to scroll all the way back up to close the message. Whatever imbeciles designed this should be FIRED! There's no bold or underline and the list goes on and on and on why it SUCKS

    How the Heck did you people ever think that it was a good idea to change a useful, functional email service to a mishmash of pages, fonts, themes, etc. etc. It is time consuming, irrational, complex, frustrating, and beyond words of BAD.
    Bring back the Standard/Basis/Classic, whatever you want to call it.
    I join with many others in my vote to leave AOL after being a loyal user since your beginning. You were the original, you were simple and sane. Now your just another high tech, arrogant bunch of ****.

    Agree with other complaints about "old format" now is not the "old format" you changed. These changes were not thought out at all. Not user friendly. This is the reason you've lost subscribers - I liked my "dinosaur" before you made it extinct. AOL is apparently safer than other platforms, simple vanilla. Please return to original - it wasn't broke, don't fix it.

    Your new system is terrible. What you don't realize is people make fun of us for sticking with AOL. We stick with it because we like it the way it is. We don't want some new fangled layout that you think is better without the option of keeping the way we like it. It really is enough to make me leave.

    simply ridiculous . do not like new version at all . hard to find anything and it is hard to read the subjecta in mail even when i emlarge text. cant find anything easily .

    I feel like I made a big mistake by trying the new version and when I went back to old, now I am stuck with some hybrid version.Just like everyone else, I want my OLD format back! Not the NEW, OLD format. It's awful! Been with AOL for many, many years because I liked the format. If it can't be changed back I will be choosing a different provider.

    We need the ability to open a message in a separate window, as existed before. Otherwise, one can never keep more than one window open at a time, which is a problem.
