  1. Go back to your original version!

    AOL needs to return to their original format, It was user friendly and there were no problems! Now, the newer software program is complicated and does not have features that are easy to integrate. I HATE the new format. In fact, AOL said we had the option to return to our previous format and that is NOT true. For this reason, I am trying, unsuccessfully, to cancel my 19 yr. subscription!

    I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR 2 STEP VERIFICATION. MY EMAIL ACCOUT IS 40 YEARS OLD AND YOU ******** CONTINUE TO HARASS ME WITH 2 STEP VERIFICATION EVERY TIME I WANT MY EMAIL
