member has been saving a composed mail and after she saved it, some contents of the mail she composed was not showing anymore. only the first line of the mail she composed was showing. during the session ts;

1. used a different browser ( from edge to google )
2. cleared cached and cookies
3. refreshed the computer
4. changed the viewing settings into unified
5. used incognito window and opened the mail ( same results)
6. checked the highlighted colors from white to black ( same results )
7. log out and log back in after clearing the cache and browsing history of the browser ( google chrome )

additional notes : member doesnt use any other device to open the email

device member uses : windows 11 // google chrome // microsoft edge
