I liked the original AOL -- just the way it was!
Return AOL back to its original format. The Gold is horrible. The print is hard to read, as you move the cursor over the listing of mail, it does a sort of magnification which almost makes me want to puke, and the date for the e-mail is listed in large print for each entry. That is so stupid. I just left my emails and all I see is "yesterday," "yesterday," "yesterday" -- it's such a stupid waste of space. And when you first open your mail, all of the printing across the top of the page takes forever to read and the small print makes it so difficult to find whatever it is that you're looking for. This really is a horrible setup. Whoever came up with this new format should reconsider what he or she does for a living. It's bad enough that someone came up with this format thinking that it's better than the original, but even worse than that is that AOL approved it. OMG - is "crazy" the new norm???? AOL was fine the way it used to be. All you did was to make it a very unpleasant experience. It is not at all reader-friendly. Change it back to its original format. There's a lot of wisdom behind the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

What made AOL think that there was something wrong with the old format? There is so much "stuff" on your AOL page, and there are so many adjustments and things I now have to do to get to my mail where before I just clicked on it, and there it was. I did not have to go through eliminating pages and increasing the size of the mail area in order to read my emails. I really hope you are listing to your customers.
