Ridiculous that Chat Support cannot see Open Support Cases
Had a Support Case by phone last night that I eventually solved - myself.
-Am on hold waiting for an agent - even though I am supposed to have premium support.
-So, I decided to try to Chat to have a Support Agent make a note under my case number that I had solved the issue.
Chat said that they could not see prior Chats.
i questioned that and she said she could not see prior case numbers either (despite my providing her my case number.
THEN - when I asked her to forward my concern that she could not even see the open case, she said she could not forward my feedback to management.

Me (3/25/2026, 10:14:42 PM): This was not a chat. The case number was a phone call. Can you not look it up under the case number - 31495134

Me (3/25/2026, 10:17:49 PM): I don't have time to do that. I just needed you to make a note under the Case Number that I had solved the issue myself.
-It is terrible that they don't provide you with access to past case numbers . . . and, unacceptable.
-Please forward my concerns about you not having access to the Case Number that is still open to someone in management
