How can we improve AOL Mail?

Bei AOL muss sich was ändern.

Ich schreibe Deutsch, ich brauche mehr als 8 Versuche mich anzumelden, jede Veränderung ist mühselig, gilt das gleiche, wie beim Anmelden, selbst das Feedback geben ist wie ein Kaugummi, der viel ist. Ich bin angemeldet und muss mich für das Feedback noch mal anmelden?

    I'm in the process of canceling my AOL account. One account was already deleted—just like that, by AOL—and it contained important information. It's always a struggle with AOL. The website can't even display the text I type correctly—which is a problem when I want to send feedback.
    AOL used to be so good, and now it’s so bad. Over eight login attempts—is that normal?

    Ich bin gerade dabei, mein AOL-Konto zu kündigen. Ein Konto wurde bereits gelöscht – einfach so, von AOL – und es enthielt wichtige Informationen. Mit AOL ist es immer ein Kampf. Die Website kann nicht einmal den Text, den ich eingebe, korrekt anzeigen – was ein Problem ist, wenn ich Feedback senden möchte.
    AOL war früher so gut, und jetzt ist es so schlecht. Über acht Anmeldeversuche – ist das normal?
