spam filter not working
I tag emails as spam and identical emails are still passed to my inbox. I create spam filters and emails with the indicated contents are still passed to my inbox. I can't block senders because spammers have figured out how to create single-use sending addresses.
I've tried calling your support number and all your rep wants to do is sell me a support contract before providing any assistance. I'm hoping that there is some way for you to provide the service you are supposed to provide without needing more money from me first.
