Take Action On Complaints
It appears that complaints posted here have been ignored. Some go back years but I still receive many. Many, like those advertising for sex, *********** and other content, are very inappropriate. Please do something about it. It seems like this site is a waste of tying and time.

HEY AOL, FIX THE SPAM PROBLEM IN YOUR EMAIL SYSTEM!! Your system has allowed over 50 to 100 SPAM EMAILS per day into my SPAM Folder! Some of the SPAM EMAILS are highly offensive, e.g. from rodriguw@test.exclusiveeoffers.org Subject: Subject: 🥵 𝙄 𝙒𝘼𝙉𝙏 𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝙏𝙊 𝙁𝙐𝘾𝙆 𝙈𝙀 𝙃𝘼𝙍𝘿 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝘿𝙀𝙀𝙋 … 𝙄’𝙈 𝙎𝙊 𝙃𝙊𝙍𝙉𝙔💦𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙁𝙐𝘾𝙆 𝙈𝙀 🥵. I do not have the time nor the patience to screen my SPAM Folder daily in order to block these and other offensive emails!
With today's technology, I am surprised that AOL has not taken steps to block these types of emails completely from your AOL System! TAKE ACTION NOW; I know that I am not the only person who feels this way and has this problem!!

The "sex **** emails can be sent to spam. They should be blocked immediately.
Blocking should be adjusted regularly since most of that SPAM is sent by 'people" that change their emails frequently. Finally, any email from a source that has a list of nonsense numbers and letter should automatically be blocked. Why should a legitimate user have to go through 100+ spam items daily to retrieve the few legitimate emails that may make it to spam by error.
About the blocked items in general. There is a limit on that list, which can be reached in less than two weeks, but can only be purged one by one, a task that could take hours.

When I have set up filters to prevent trashy sexual content, which I find offensive, and I still get many many of those emails even though the words in the filter appear in the subject of the email, I don't know why. Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know so that I can stop the offensive emails.

In the week that I made my comment, the spam messages in my Spam folder have gotten even more brutal! I can't stop them but AOL can. Do I need to list some of them here so you know what I'm talking about? I have to check my spam folder to assure nothing I wanted landed there.

I have to check my spam folder just in case something lands there that shouldn't. While there, I am subjected to a vast array of raunchy sex emails with explicit captions and names. There must be a way you can stop these things from even getting out to folk's inboxes. Why won't you do that?

That's because it does not affect them so why would they care? AOL has ****** protections and service. I will not be surprised when they get shut down. They are a joke of a
