Get rid of the in-line ads, the ones that show up between messages in my inbox and other folders. That kind of in-line ad is a TRICK to get us to click on them inadvertently. I think it is BAD! I use the free AOL e-mail, thank you--but trying to trick your customers--free or paying--is bad customer service.
