Block Domain not filter

Block Domains... this is a basic thing. BASIC. Filters are not sufficient or efficient. How has this not been addressed yet.

    This is my last resort, then I am migrating my email to another service that listens and adds basic settings, such as blocking a whole domain instead of using filters.
