How can we improve AOL Mail?

Why can I not manage my Contacts? The mail won't let me add or delete any contacts!

I want to add a contact & I want to delete some old contacts, some of whom are dead. AOL won't let me do that simple task!

    All I get is Unable to add contact or unable to delete contact. No explaination & no solution.
