We've attempted to have the Pictures and Emails returned but every Customer Service person we contact are total Idiots.... After Working high Finance in NY for many many years we've come to the belief that suing Verizon and AOL may get them on track to getting the Mail and Pictures of fox1955 account back ASAP.. We've brought the case to the Supreme Court and they have approved it since we had no idea we were going to loose personal information and then having no way to get it back... Maybe the High amount of the law action will open they're eyes as we've been told that even though we've followed all the rules for email and Pictures they Broke all their rules and made our account info disappear...
